About Triocon Space Frame Technologies
Discover Our Story
Established in 2016, Triocon Space Frame Technologies (TSF) is a specialist in the design, manufacture, supply and installation of 3D space frame structures, with a manufacturing facility in Coimbatore, India. We utilize our “advanced bolted solid ball joint hollow tube technology” in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our Saudi Arabia space frame services include roofs and sunshades in Jubail, Riyadh, NEOM and Jafurah, supported by our local partners in Al Jubail.
Space frames are able to span large spatial areas without the need for intermediate columns by interlocking struts in a geometric pattern. This is extremely advantageous for projects such as coal, cement, and sugar storage domes, sports stadiums, airports, and shopping malls.
They can also create architectural marvels in long skywalks, pedestrian bridges, and domes. Furthermore, space frames can add aesthetic appeal, rigidity, and longevity to smaller span structures like metro railway stations, swimming pool covers, toll gates, border security gates, and petrol/gas stations.

Our Capabilities
Space frame engineering: Our design package covers structural calculations, member forces, deflections and support reactions, together with the geometry and support layout.
Shop and erection drawings: Drawings identify nodes and members and show chord plans, sections, supports, purlins and connection details. Components are marked to correspond with the drawings.
Manufacturing and finishes: We produce bolted ball-joint space frame components in steel, stainless steel and aluminum. Material and protective finishes are selected for the project specification and exposure conditions.
Installation planning: Depending on site access and the engineered lifting plan, frames can be assembled at ground level and lifted, assembled in sections, or erected using scaffolding.
